Beach of El Muelle

Playa del Muelle

This beach is sheltered from the wind by the pier itself. This beach has an area of round pebbles and sand, especially at low tide. It is a quiet and familiar beach with easy access where you can swim relaxed while enjoying the views of Tamadaba, Guayedra and Roque Faneque. The part of the dock is also a meeting point for many locals who take advantage of the benches to chat quietly and take a relaxing bath.

Along the dock there are three access areas to the water, these are stairs that lead directly to the water. The end of the pier is also a springboard for the youngsters who jump into the water from the top of the pier.

From this beach you can also see the Finger of God, a rock of basalt stone that rises in the oldest geological area of Gran Canaria.

Great for snorkeling. It's more of a little cove than a beach, used more for boats. The high tide completely covers the beach area already by early afternoon.

Small and quiet beach, sheltered enough for a swim. Unfortunately water was cold in February. There are small boats, beautiful red crabs sunbathing on the rocks, stung views and good restaurant right beside.

Spectacular place to be on the beach, magnificent views and places to eat or have coffee. I advise visiting it.
