Very tasty food but rich! Anyone who eats this juicy and delicious cordon-bleu alone will only roll out of the store. Also recommend the fried obergine!
We went because we had seen the previous reviews about the Cordon Blue, and it lived up to expectations! They were very good, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, also huge and cheap, a marvel we go. The super friendly waitress also took great care of us.As the only negative point, the fries weren't very good, they had a lot of retained oil and they tasted a lot like oil. Otherwise a 10.
Exceptional restaurant in Puerto de Las Nieves, among the best in Agaete specializing in local cuisine; genuine and quality dishes, cooked at the moment, delicious.
El mojo verde canaio to be tasted as soon as you arrive is the premise of the taste, quality and lightness of what will follow later, it is absolutely not comparable to the various sauces usually offered as soon as you sit down in restaurants; homemade with a recipe that does not include mayonnaise and fat, sublime!
And the cordon blues? Those who preceded me in the reviews and published photos praised them; I can only add by saying that no words give an idea of how succulent and ... abundant they are.
Then we tasted the stack of fried aubergine sticks flavored with an exquisite sweet and sour sauce, stuffed champignon mushrooms dipped in tasty purée, really tasty typical Canarian bean soup.
All washed down with a suggested red that really enhanced all the dishes tasted.
I advise you not to get up before having tasted a strictly homemade dessert.
The staff is obviously very courteous, fast and helpful, they were very professional in advising and suggesting our needs, describing the characteristics of the dishes.
Great experience, we will definitely come back to taste other dishes;
I absolutely recommend the Casa Ico Restaurant
