The best cafe in Agaete. Delicious food with high quality ingredients, made with care and attention by the wonderful people who run the place. So friendly and kind and excellent English. Also fantastic coffee. Can't recommend enough.

This place has amazing brunch - delicious vegan options as well!! Super nice settings area, and you can even do some work on a laptop Ont he corner table. And hats off to the staff- only 2 people to handle such busyness with this quality!! Woah!!! ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

Wow! Fantastic local food and great friendly service. A special mention for the coffee and the wonderful homemade bread! The seating is in a cosy outdoor terrace set back from the street with plenty of plug sockets to charge your devices.

My girlfriend and I stayed in Agaete for 4 weeks, Hondo Cafe was our go to breakfast & coffee spot! The food is delicious and a good portion size for the price. I constantly bought the tostadas as you could customize them for just over €3 and they were so tasty and fresh. Coffee was really great too! The two owners were always very friendly and personable, they really seemed to enjoy their work and always smiled when greeting us. The cafe also had a very nice vibe, with a good amount of seating and very clean bathrooms! If you're in Agaete this place is a must visit!

Beautiful atmosphere, absolute lovely people and the food was really delicious! I had the sourdough bread and vegan zucchini dish. And I tried the castaña latte, which was also really good! Absolute recommendation!!
