Amazing food! I haven't had such an good seafood in a long time. Very nice served, very good preapered. And yes, we needed to wait but it was defined worth it.
The only thing I was surprised about was that the starter - bread and alioli was added to our bill. But that is just a small detail.
Ah, and the grilled fish "accompanied with potatoes" was a fish with some salad and half potato which made me laugh... Good that paella and mussels made me forget about that 😆😅
We had Galician octopus, garlic prawns and Gofio for starters and fried fish for main with Canadian potatoes. All good. I particularly liked the Gofio (never had it before) which reminded me of cross between hummus and peanut butter. Great location and great service. Sadly we only had a Visa card to pay and it didn’t give the option for a tip where one was deserved.
Only thing that let the food down was that we had 3 small fried fish, when one large one would have been nicer but we were a bit late so it might have been all that was available
A struggle to communicate with waiter to get correct service. Didn't mind the increased prices if it was backed by a suitable level service. Ordered 2 sharing starters, only 1 arrived. Bread declined but still on the bill. Main course small quantity. Great experience in 10 other local restaurants over 2 weeks, this one the only disappointment. The one to avoid.
Avoid like the plague. My partner and I opted for the fish soup and grilled fish, respectively, and both turned our stomachs. The grilled fish had the texture of rubber whilst the taste of the soup was akin to a sachet soup but with a hefty price tag. Additionally, I spent the following 24 hours with food poisoning. Absolute tourist trap.
right, i wish we had read some reviews beforehand. this place is too AWFUL for words. terrible service and the food is just disgusting. the fish was burnt to a crispy and there was nothing to eat on it. the salad was covered with a sticky sickly sauce. the desserts come straight from a packet. i think the chef needs to be told. and it’s certainly not cheap. basically’ DONT GO THERE!
